Our daycare hours are Monday thru Friday 7AM-6PM.
Absolutely. Your first day is free (We want you to meet us, try out the space and service and make sure this is a good fit!) and after the first day you are able to either purchase individual days (7am-6pm!) for $24 per day, or you have the option of purchasing a package at a discounted rate. We offer packages at a discounted rate. See Below.
We offer a 10-Day ($240) and a 20-day ($440) for group daycare. Additional dogs are 33% off per dog.
*Packages offering discounted rates and are non-refundable
Typically, 6 months. For example, if you were to purchase a 20 day and come only one day per week, you would use your package in entirety before the 6 month expiration.
The standard playgroup hours are 7AM - 6PM.
Generally there is no food given to daycare dogs. Sometimes lunch is provided by you. We will keep it in their "cubby" until midday and then feed separately from any other dogs. If they don't eat all their food we will send home the remainder. We have bowls on hand that we wash daily so please do not send their bowls.
No thank you. We do not allow outside bowls for sanitary reasons. We promise your dog will love our bowls, too.
Yes, and consistent with our feeding policy we require the exact amounts your pup will consume during their day with us. We ask for clearly written instructions via the client portal and give all food and meds at your (or the vet's) instructions. Medications other than anxiety medicine will require written diagnosis from a vet. We do not accept dogs with illness or communicable disease, as we are not an animal hospital.
Yes, if you let us know in the morning at drop-off we can add your dog to the bath list for that day. Baths are $20.

Yes! Most of the time, dogs will pace themselves within the group play environment. Certainly, there are some pups that only know how to Go!Go!Go! and for those dogs (and some puppies) we do regularly scheduled break times.
After 1 year of age, we require dogs to be spayed or neutered to participate in group play. You might say to yourself, "But my dog is really nice even though he isn't neutered," and we believe you! Unfortunately, dogs communicate largely based on scent. This means the new/additional hormones/pheromones being created by your pup could cause other dogs to panic, frenzy, or lash out based on how they interpret those scents, and that could lead to dangerous altercations (or pregnancy!). For that reason, we have a hard policy about separation at a certain age until the dog is spayed/neutered.
Dogs as young as 9 weeks are able to attend permitted that they are as up to date as can be with their puppy shots. We recommend dogs 12 weeks of age or older for group play. We also strongly recommend the influenza vaccination.
YES. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED IN ADVANCE.
