Safety: Our #1 goal is to keep every person and every dog safe, please observe the following “House Rules"

  • Dogs must arrive and leave on a leash

  • Dogs must come in for drop off before 10am.

  • Dogs must not be allowed to interact and make a fuss with other dogs through the fences or windows. Although all dogs at daycare get along with each other, fence fighting can be a very serious issue and we will not allow it.

  • Please do not leave your dog unattended in the store. We try to have someone in the store at all times to greet you and your dog, but if no one is there, please wait until someone comes to assist you.

  • Dogs should not be allowed to urinate or defecate on the landscaping.

Dog Behavior:
Just like you have to teach and enforce sociable behaviors in a daycare for children, we have to teach and enforce sociable behaviors in order to have a fun, safe, well run doggy daycare. Dogs play hard, and even get into “disagreements” with one another. That is normal and to be expected. What we don’t allow is aggression, or behaviors that could lead to a full blown fight. So, we have a set of guidelines for the dogs, to allow them to be dogs, yet not allowing them to harm one another or any person. Our training methods are firm but fair. We redirect or use voice commands. Some of the commands that your dog will learn at daycare are: Sit, down, off, wait, stay, leave it and quiet. Please understand that there are risks and benefits associated with group socialization. While the socialization and play is closely and carefully monitored by staff to prevent injury, it is still possible that during the course of normal play you dog may receive minor nicks and scratches from roughhousing with other dogs. Any injury will be pointed out by staff at pick up.

If your dog was agressive or causes bodily harm to another dog or person, it will be up to management if they will be continued to be allowed to come to daycare.  You will be notified by management if this will occur.

Your dogs first day:
Everybody has lots of questions on their dog’s first day at daycare. Please read this material over carefully. If you have any questions please feel free to ask us. Your dog’s first day at daycare can be overwhelming for them and you! We understand that you want to watch and see how your dog does, but the best thing for you to do is pat them on the head and tell them to have fun and you’ll be back. Please feel free to call us during the day if you are concerned on how they are doing. Depending on the group of dogs we have that day, we may keep your dog in a semi quiet place until we can introduce your dog to his new friends in a relaxed and safe manner.

Cancellation Fee:

If you cancel your dogs daycare appointment less than 12 hours before their appointment, you will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee

Late fees:
Because we value our employees time, if they need to wait for you because you are late, you will be charged $ 5.00 for every five minutes.
